Winters Construction was founded by Cody Winters, a Central Oregon native who grew up around heavy equipment and decided early on that he wanted to build something honest with his hands.
What started as a single excavator and a phone number has grown into a full-service excavation company taking on residential, commercial, and infrastructure work across the region — without losing the personal, hands-on approach.
Today, Cody is still on the jobsite. Estimates come from the person doing the work, and that's how we like it.
