Cody Winters founded Winters Construction five years ago, but he's been around heavy iron his whole life. What started as one man and one machine is now an eight-person crew — and the company is just getting started.

Every job runs through Cody. Every plan starts with a walk of the site. The work is civil construction in the simplest sense: move earth, build ground, finish clean, hand it off to the next trade ready to go.
